Andrea is an advocate focused on international arbitration and litigation matters.

Qualified in Singapore, she has experience as counsel in Singapore courts and Singapore-seated arbitrations, particularly involving SIAC and ICC Rules. She also acts as mediation advocate. Her disputes practice spans various fields including energy and natural resources, infrastructure, construction, company disputes, commercial disputes, investor-state arbitration, public international law, and private international law. She has been appointed as tribunal secretary for a sole arbitrator in a SIAC arbitration.

She is a member of YSIAC. As a mooter, she was part of the runner-up team in the Essex Court Chambers-Singapore Academy of Law International Mooting Competition 2021. She represented her university in international and regional arbitration moots, namely Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot, and LAWASIA Moot.

She is fluent in English and proficient in Chinese. She also takes on pro bono counsel work under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
