Iris is a multi-disciplinary legal practitioner with expansive experience in both litigation and corporate practice, working with clients and international legal teams across various jurisdictions including Greater China, US, Australia, Thailand, and India. She worked at a Big Four, Tier 1 Singapore law firm for a large part of her career, and was previously seconded to a leading Singapore bank.

As litigation counsel, Iris has represented individual and corporate clients in both legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions, such as mediation. As transaction counsel, she has acted for issuers, underwriters and trustees, and consistently delivered results that impressed her co-counsels as well as her returning clients, which include financial institutions and top global companies.

Adept at distilling key legal issues and teasing out the real issues in complex disputes and negotiations, Iris is a remarkably versatile lawyer who is capable of finding holistic solutions that meet clients' needs. Apart from English and Mandarin, she also has elementary proficiency in Cantonese, Japanese, French and other dialects and languages.
